newsvoxy operates this website as a commercial resource providing structured training materials on newsroom production techniques, including voice training, microphone setup, camera framing and workflow processes for news content creation. By accessing or using any part of the site you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree you must stop using the site immediately. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and newsvoxy under the laws of the United Kingdom.
Eligibility and permitted use
The site is intended for individuals and organisations located in the United Kingdom who are at least eighteen years of age. You may access the materials for personal professional development or for training staff within your organisation. You must not allow anyone under the age of eighteen to register or use paid content. Permitted use includes viewing lessons, downloading permitted worksheets and applying the techniques in your own news production work. Any other use requires prior written consent from newsvoxy.

Availability, changes, suspension and termination

Limitation of liability
Subject to the paragraph above, the total liability of newsvoxy for any claim arising out of or in connection with these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for access in the twelve months preceding the claim. newsvoxy shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses including loss of profit, data or business opportunity.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify newsvoxy against any claims, losses or expenses arising from your breach of these terms or from your use of the materials in a manner that infringes the rights of third parties.
Governing law, courts and consumer dispute rights
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except that consumers resident in Scotland or Northern Ireland may bring proceedings in their local courts. Nothing affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or other applicable UK consumer protection legislation.
Severability, waiver, changes, contact route and last-updated date
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid the remaining provisions continue in full force.
